Mumford and Sons will be headlining at the Centre Belle in Montreal on Thursday, October 27th. Mumford and Sons call England their home and they are are a famous folk rock band. These guys can trace their creative musical roots back to 2007 coming from what is known as the “West London Folk Scene.”
Throughout 2010, Mumford and Sons gained a great deal of popularity and they made their first TV appearance in the USA on December 1, 2011. Mumford fans in Montreal can hardly wait until their favorite band comes to their hometown. Mumford has received two Grammy nominations thus far. These have been for the Best Rock Song which was honoring “Little Lion Man,” and also they’ve been nominated for Best New Artist.
Mumford and Sons has an upcoming album expected to be out in February, 2012 which will showcase these songs: “Below My Feet,” and “Lover’s Eyes.” Mumford has stayed on the homefront in Britain to spend all their time recording for their brand new upcoming album. All of us Mumford fans can hope they’ll schedule a big tour in 2012 in support of their latest effort.
