The Goo Goo Dolls are an American group with its beginnings in 1986 and they are known for their rock music. They were originated in Buffalo, New York by John Rzeznik and Robby Takac while Mike Malinin joined the duo in 1994. In 1987, the band released their debut album while the second was released in 1989 by the title “Jed.” “Hold Me Up” was the third album released in 1990 including the hit singles, “There You Are” and “Two Days In February.”
The group released “Superstar Car Wash” in 1993 which proved to be the breakthrough album for their career. Their fifth album was released by the title “A Boy Named Goo” which achieved double platinum status. The following album was “Dizzy Up the Girl.” Their album Iris had true hit singles like “Black Balloon,” “Broadway,” “Slide” and “Dizzy.” “Gutterflower” was their album released in 2002 which received Gold certification.
“Let Love In” was released in 2006 with the super doper singles “Better Days,” “Stay With You” and “Let Love In.” In 2010, the band released “Something For The Rest of Us” which is full of pop-rock music.
